1. About HRI and these terms
Hive Research Institute is the trade name of Libreum Research Institute, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("HRI," "we," "us" or "our"). These terms describe the permitted use of our public website at www.hiveresearch.com and the materials we make available there.
Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website. A separate written agreement for a course, engagement or other service controls that service where it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Educational and research content
Our articles, interviews, videos, classes, examples and other materials provide general education and research. They do not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and they do not take account of your individual circumstances.
Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation that you make a particular investment. Accessing the website, subscribing to a newsletter or attending a general educational session does not by itself create an advisory, fiduciary or other professional-client relationship with HRI.
You are responsible for evaluating information before acting on it and for obtaining appropriate professional advice. Examples, forecasts and historical results do not guarantee future outcomes. Guest views belong to the speakers and do not necessarily reflect HRI's views.
3. Accuracy, dates and changes to content
Research, market conditions, technology and third-party materials change. Content should be read in light of its stated publication or revision date. We may correct, update or remove material, but we do not promise to update every historical item.
We aim to provide useful information, but do not warrant that every statement, source or external link is complete, current or free from error. Please send correction requests to insights@hiveresearch.com with the page address and supporting information.
4. Ownership and permitted use
HRI and the relevant authors, speakers, licensors and other rights holders retain their respective rights in website content, names, marks and media.
Subject to these terms and any specific notice attached to an item, you may view the website, link to its public pages, and download materials that HRI expressly makes available for download for your personal study or internal organizational learning. Keep authorship, copyright and other notices intact.
This permission does not authorize resale, commercial republication, redistribution of complete works, or use of HRI's name or marks to imply endorsement. Request permission for those uses at insights@hiveresearch.com.
Third-party content remains subject to its own rights and permissions. HRI cannot grant rights it does not hold. Nothing in these terms limits fair use or other rights available under applicable law, or overrides a license expressly attached to a particular item.
5. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, disrupt availability, or infringe another person's rights.
Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting HRI or registering for a program. Do not present altered HRI materials as an original HRI publication or imply that HRI endorses your product, organization or conclusions without permission.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats or material violations of these terms.
6. External websites and services
The website may link to or embed services operated by others, including video platforms, registration forms, newsletter services and referenced publishers. Their availability, content and practices are outside HRI's control and may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
A link or reference does not by itself mean that HRI endorses a provider, product or investment. Review the applicable provider's terms before submitting information or making a purchase.
7. Classes, subscriptions and separate services
Newsletter signup and class registration are separate actions. Registering interest does not guarantee admission, a particular schedule, a certification, or access to a paid program.
Any fees, cancellation rights, refunds, enrollment conditions or other terms for a paid program or separate engagement must be stated in the applicable offer or agreement. These website terms do not create a fee or replace an existing service agreement.
8. Communications
Use accurate contact information when you communicate with HRI. Do not submit passwords, account credentials or confidential information through general website inquiries.
If you send a correction, question or request for permission, provide enough information for HRI to understand it. Sending an inquiry does not obligate HRI to accept an engagement or grant permission.
9. Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general materials are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose or error-free content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HRI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or reliance on its general educational materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. A separate written agreement may provide different rights for a specific service.
10. Applicable law
Georgia law governs these website terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not remove mandatory protections or rights available to you under applicable law.
11. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. A change to these website terms does not amend a separate signed agreement unless that agreement permits it.
